The process went extremely well. The estimate was clear and accurate and the work was impeccable. It was winter and he made sure we were never for a moment without heat. The work was done in a very timely fashion. All parts used were top quality and the work was meticulous the plumbing layout is a work of art.
He came to the house upon our initial request and provided a clear estimate. He followed through on all details of the proposal and was always timely and professional. We were extremely pleased with the service we had done and how pleasant and professional he was to deal with. We would highly recommend Dedham Mechanical to family and friends.
