These guys are great! We had our driveway expanded and needed it paved and also wanted our walkway redone. The owner John came out right away to talk and go over the project. He gave us great ideas and explained the scope of the work and have us a very reasonable price. The crew started right away and were punctual and professional. They got the work done very quickly and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome! Definitely recommend and would rehire.

This company is a fraud, they threatened to take us into court if we don't pay them, but when I searched them on line, we found out that they don't even have a contractor license.

"hi this John from creativedrivesandpatios we contracted with your daughter to do the.work we have completed this work 1. take down the old step 2. dig around foundation and waterproofed 15ft long by 6ft deep foundation and put 3/4clear with perforated pipes where needed 3 removed all rubble from the area that was left over olso at no charge we install your front gutters for free the only thing we had left to do was put 6x6 wooden beam 15ft long and then install the stairs so had completed 85%the work that we had contracted to do at this stage we had a deposit of 3k so when we went to in stall the 6x6 beam you had other issue with the siding and cross beam to your property witch had nothing to do with or contracted work that we had under contract so we the asked for additional pay because we had completed 85 of the work that we contracted u denied payment and told us to leave your property so we did leave your like you asked and I sent your massage stating that I will contact my lawyer be couse we where of packet 12.500 witch I showed you at your dining table because your daughter didn't want to pay for or hard work ps also to advertise on Angie's list you have to be licensed and insured and to any of my past or new customer we would be more than happy to provide license insurance and workers compensation"

No money up front. Arrived a week after verified references. Took 2 days to finish up. Had drainage issue, these guys remediated and resurfaced complete driveway. Great value, committed to doing the job right and maintaining customer satisfaction.

They absolutely Rock! My asphalt driveway and cobble stone entrance and border looks amazing. John the owner was helpful throughout the process and kept me informed to the very end. His crew definitely know their stuff. They even performed additional scope for the same agreed price. Piped my gutter drain line under the new pavement and made a creek with the excess stone/boulders they dug up to help guide the rain water away from my new driveway. This company is truly a customers dream contractor.

I have nothing but great things to say about Creative Drives & Patios! The crew was working up the street from my house when the owner knocked on my door and said he noticed the condition of my front stairs and was curious if I would like them redone. John offered competitive pricing, got the job done in a timely manner and was able to work with us when problems arose. Initially we planned on reusing the existing iron railings, however they were badly damaged and were not suitable for reuse. John was able to work around our budget and find us a suitable alternative solution. I trust John and his team very much and would recommend them to anyone!
