Work was done the day after I called, looks good, and is holding up. The rest of that section of the fence probably needs repair too, and I'd have liked to have been advised on that and had it done at the same time, but I did only request the single repair. I did not receive an invoice and have so far followed up twice to no avail. Still, the work was well done and very timely, and I'd use this company again.
