Our experience has been amazing. As opposed to the other contractors we interviewed and received proposals from, Cre really listened to what we said and were hoping for. The time from proposal acceptance to finished installation was amazingly fast. The equipment installation, six mini splits and two compressor units, was started and finished within a week with no breaks. When we replaced siding in the summer Cre returned to help refasten the tubing. The units have been cooling our house flawlessly through some very hot weeks. Earlier in winter the mini splits kept our house toasty. Overall the whole installation process and functioning have greatly exceeded our expectations. We recommend very highly the whole team at Boston Ductless. They are the best contractors we have ever worked with.

Working with the Boston Ductless Systems Team (BDS) was GREAT experience from the initial design scoping for a quote to the final testing of the installed system. The BDS Team listened to our initial requests and was able to design a system that met our needs and budget. We agreed to an accelerated installation timeline that was kept to the day. The BDS Team was very respectful of our property and the daily rhythm of our household. We had 3 other companies provide quotes for the same work and there was a wide range of more expensive quotes for equal to or more work than we wanted done. Our questions during the installation process were listened to and answered clearly. The Team was professional and yet in a personable manner.

Working with Cre and her team at Boston Ductless was wonderful! I got quotes from several contractors in the area, and Boston Ductless beat those quotes while also installing high quality units professionally and within 2 weeks of our original walk through. I really appreciated that this team was able to take care of the electrical work that came with the installation in addition to being knowledgeable about mini split technology. My house has been so wonderfully comfortable through this heat and I am forever grateful for that!
