Best Tile - Dedham

In a nut shell, they sell Forclin tiles, ceramic tiles and they sell tiles that other people don't carry like Home Depot and all those places don't carry the same tiles that these guys carry and so I like it, it a little bit more upscale as far as choice goes and product and service and the whole thing but the delivery is you pay for delivery and they drop it at the curb or something and the guy drop it with a driving thing I don't know what, pallet, and I have to carry the pallet of boxes it's about eight boxes with tiles and they actually heavy. 

They know their stuff.

I worked with Lynne to select tile for my kitchen remodel.  She is great.  She has lots of good ideas and enjoys helping people make decisions.  She is knowledgeable concerning the tile and installation products.  She has given me great advice.  I'm very happy with my kitchen floor.  She even called me when she found out that my tile was going to be discontinued in case I wanted a little more for my mud room.  They also have a great sale room.  I've found excellent deals on accent tile there.

Marie at Best Tile was so great to work with! She was patient, pleasant, very responsive on email with new suggestions and overall, wonderful! I loved one of the first backsplashes she showed me but hesitated about the right floor tile. That's when her true patience kicked in! She never pressured me to make a quick decision. She made sure she provided me with a lot of samples to bring home on more than one occasion and always guided me on the short list. Then a new tile came in, she presented it to me, and we both found it was the best match. She worked well with my tile guy for pick up and was truly professional throughout the whole experience.
