Electronic Gadget Repair
Customer service and everyone that I interacted with were very courteous and professional. The problem comes from greedy Corporate people who aren't satisfied with selling overpriced $1,000.00 IPhones. After using two or three 3rd.party charging cables for several months, they decide during an unwanted upgrade to render all 3rd party charging cables basically useless when I started receiving the message "This Accessory May Not Be Supported". Thus forcing me to the Apple Store to buy their overpriced ($19.00 ea) charging cables. BAD IDEA. Android is next for me.
