They text you night before with time frame, then text you with eta to your home. They give you about 15-30 min eta so you’re not waiting in that 3 hour window. I had to change my hours on the night before and I contacted late via email and they were able to change my time and were very accommodating I really appreciated that. I also get emails randomly asking me how the treatment is going and if I have had any issues. They have great customer service, the workers who come out call or text if they have any issues getting into your property and are super quick and thorough I see them getting on the side of my shed that has a side fence. I’m glad I picked them and I always look at reviews so if anyone is on the fence I would do it and that comes from the pickiest person who can never make up their mind.
