I had a very large asbestos project that included removing it from waterproofing on the foundation - ERS came in with the most thorough understanding of the project, followed-up on the inspection report finding gross errors and guiding me to get the overall scope corrected. They were wonderful to deal with in scheduling, prep work and remediation and left the premises totally clean and down to the studs. On top of all this ERS was the most competitive bid - I totally trust Gary and Frank to give accurate and honest feedback and do what they say they will do in a timely and professional manner. ERS provides excellent customer service. They are VERY responsive on communications; virtually all emails replied to in less than an hour. They came out and inspected the basement (prior to the purchase of the cottage in Westport), gave us a detailed proposal, showed up exactly when they promised, did the work (2.5 days) in a thorough and professional manner, and left the basement in clean condition (as spotless as a basement can be!). The crew members were polite and easy to work with, keeping us informed about the status and progress. The owner has been helpful with questions I've had (unrelated to the mold abatement). Highly recommended!

The young men who removed the asbestos from the pipes in my basement were friendly and took great care to cover doorways so that the material they were removing did not get into non-protected areas. The asbestos was removed completely from the pipes and the basement was left clean and free from any debris. They were real nice young men and I told them to go to College because this kind of work will probably affect their health and their happiness at some point in the future.

Let me tell you what a knowledgable kind rofessional individual. He came out to look at our flooring and told us his opinion and also offered us info on where to get a company to come out for a testing. He was so efficient and came out the next day and he didnt even charge us and spent at least a half an hour looking at our flooring and telling us about asbestos. I didn t have all the money to do the job and they worked with me not knowing me. Most company would ask for a credit card which I don t have. I really appreciated it.
