ZOOTS

I had a hard time communicating with the employee there, we had a brief argument so I left. I wasnt too happy about how she was handling things, I didnt even wait for the price. I have been going here for a long time and there was always poor customer service.

On 7/7/06, I dropped off a queen size down comforter, less than a year old. Zoots was to email me when it was ready. I never received an email. On 7/29/06, I stopped by to get the comforter. They had me speak to the manager, Sadete Mandri. She told me the Zoots ID tag fell off in the cleaning process and my comforter was now in the orphaned comforter division of Zoots. She asked me to describe it, which I did verbally. She came back with printed out descriptions of possible matches. She was going to have those sent to the store for me to ID. I found the bag the comforter was purchased in and emailed Sadete a detailed description, photo & link. She said she'd forward the description to the facility manager. After a week, she had me ID two comforters, which did not match mine. Then admitting they lost my comforter, she said they would refund the purchase price and would call me 8/7. No one called. When I called they acted like they just found out it was missing and refused to refund me.
