Our appointment was about 5-6 business days out from our initial call which I thought was a little long. They arrived for the appointment on time and worked efficiently when they were at our home. They didn't have the part that was needed on the truck so they needed to order the part. It took another 7 days to receive it. Once the part was received, they came back out quickly and finished the repair. I also thought the charge was a little high.
