TILE BY DESIGN INC didn't do anything beyond showing us in their showroom what was available. They were nice and they were helpful. They were just very helpful. They were responsive. We picked it up ourself because we could, we had a truck. So we didn't have to worry about that stuff. But they had it all ready. So they were good. I would use them again. They were nice people. They were good.

I was impressed with their selection of tiles and their knowledge about all the tiles, how to work with them and how to care for them. I never felt rushed or pressured, and they were willing to answer all of my questions.

Jerry was great. We went into his store completely overwhelmed and not having any idea what we should select for tile for our master bath remodel. He helped us select tile based on our budget and offered suggestions on styles. He drew up a sketch to provide a visual. We left his store feeling good on our selection and excited to see it all come together.

It was great. They were very helpful in finding a tile that matched my budget and gave good advice on what paint color to go with the tiles.
