We are locally owned and operated in Danvers and Beverly, MA in business since 1979, specializing in vinyl siding, replacement windows and roof replacement. Our rating with the BBB has never been below A+. We are fully licensed and insured. Please call us to schedule an appointment. Please note that we do not offer repair services unless we did the install. We only offer full installation on roofing and siding and do not coordinate with insurance claims. We offer free,no obligation, exact estimates with an in person meeting. We do not discuss pricing over the phone, by email or texting without meeting in person first. Establishing a mutual bond of trust and confidence is paramount in our business for all parties concerned.

Sterling Home Improvement is a company that value there customers. Denis the owner, was the person who came to my home to do the presentation, he is very entertaining. Denis workers are professional, do a great job. Everything was cleaned up after. Since the job was done after sunset, Denis send the foreman over the next morning to check the area was cleaned, the roof was perfect 𠤩

We hired Denis to replace our asphalt shingles, put on vinyl siding and install new windows. Denis thoroughly explained the process and the products that would be used. All three jobs were completed quickly, efficiently and to a high level of quality. Denis was also exceptional when it came to returning calls/texts (before, during and after the completion of the jobs). Also, he loves dogs and was great with our boxers (Note: "loves" may be an understatement... : ) ). Overall, it was a great experience.

Hired Denis to replace my asphalt single roof. He thoroughly explained the materials and process to replace the roof, obtained the permits from the town and was able to get a crew out to quickly and efficiently do the work. New roof looks great and the guys cleaned everything up. Would highly recommend Sterling.

Don't hesitate to hire this company! 100% worth every penny. We had new siding installed and new windows in Feb 2021. They are efficient, professional, accommodating, patient, personable, high quality workmanship, honest. I can't say enough good things. The price you pay is worth all the work they did to make our project just the way we wanted it. They were patient when we made some unexpected changes. Denis the owner became a friend and is dedicated to making his customers happy. Mike and his team are like rock stars with the work they do. They were punctual, dependable, and a great team that enjoy the projects they do. Above and beyond our expectations describes this company. Our house looks amazing and we've had so many compliments on how it came out. We even had a friend hire them to do her house.

Denis was very professional, honest, and accommodating. Mike and his crew were professional, polite, and also willing to answer any questions or concerns. They were all willing to giveJ suggestions but never pushed their ideas on you. They also did a fantastic job cleaning the property when the job was finished. Denis and Mike walk around with you checking the work to be sure you are happy with it.

We did our siding with them and absolutely love it! First of Dennis is so nice and polite that he won us over on the first visit. Then Mike just kept it going, he is super professional and easy to talk to, did exactly what we wanted with our house and we could not be happier with the final result! We get so many complements on how good our house looks. We are so happy we chose to do our project with them, it is not easy to find people that listen to your needs and deliver with a great attitude. Recommend 100%!!

We are very pleased with Sterling Home Improvement. Denis was very informative. He made sure we understood every detail of the project. They even did a test color which on the swatch we loved, on the house we hated. He came back and gave us a second choice. Mike and his team did fantastic work. When my husband first saw the back of the house completed he said it was "spectacular". This is coming from a guy who has done a ton of work on our house. Mike and team was very caring in regards to the plants in my gardens. They cleaned up after themselves.If I know of anyone in need of work I will recommend Denis and Mike with full confidence.

Sterling Home Improvement was an excellent choice to replace my roof. Denis was great. Very informative about how they do the job and extremely thorough in his presentation. The guys did an incredible job, roof stripped and replaced in like 5 hours! Plus, the cleanup was excellent. While the price was initially higher than I wanted to go, I felt like Denis stood behind his work and I felt his company went above and beyond as far as the products they used and the system they use. I had some lower estimates but ultimately, you want the job done correctly and when it comes to something like a roof, I have no problem for paying a little more for the satisfaction of a job done right. I want to thank Denis, Sterling Home Improvement for their time and hard work. The roof looks awesome!!

I was completely satisfied with the project. Dennis did everything he said he was going to do. The crew got at my house right on time and finished earlier than I thought. The staff from coordination to providing the staffing needed for a multi-roof dwelling was extremely efficient. They were very clean and little remain from the materials needed for the project.

Using Sterling Home Improvement was a painless process. Denis was very professional and very easy to deal with. We had our roof replaced and it was completed within two weeks of deciding to use Sterling Home Improvement. The plan Denis covered before we signed on with them was followed exactly as planned.
