I originally wanted to put down laminate in my basement condo. The sales person, Nancy, was very helpful in choosing a laminate product. I was told that they would install laminate only if the moisture test. After conducting the test, I was told that the moisture level was too high and that they did not feel comfortable putting laminate down. Even thoughI was dissappointed that I coundn't get the laminate, I appreciated their candor, and decided on a vynal product. When that product came in, they discovered that the wrong flooring was delivered, delaying the installation date. They then worked with me to find a new product that was similar. They suggested a product from Karndean that was aesthetically pleasing and that would also go well in a basement setting, which was a floating (no glue) product that can be picked up if need be (floods, leaks, etc.). This product was more expensive, but they offered to charge me the same price as the less expensive flooring.
I really appreciated their honesty, fairness and integrity in this matter. I would definately wold go to them again. I like buying from family businesses over big box stores, and I was not dissappointed!!

We will go back, as we will need some floors done in the not too distant future! Excellent service, and great selection! Always happy to support local merchants!

From the day I went in and spoke with Paul, the day he came out and measured my whole house, ordering the carpets and then installation... Dependably much quicker and the installers were very professional and worked nonstop until it was done. the large room required a seam but if I didn't know where they put it I'd be hard pressed to find it. they did an Excellant job on the stairs and cleaned up completely when they were done... Awesome experience from start to finish!

Pelletier rugs was very patient with my mother when she trying to decide whether to do this or not. It was alot of money and mess and they agreed to honor sale prices for her if she'd put down $100. We didn't go back to order the flooring for almost 5 months. They still honored the price and were very helpful and realistic with us. We really can't say anything wrong about them through this part of the process. Our only frustration was that the installer undercut her baseboards instead of removing them to install this flooring. Her neighbors and friends had told her to make sure they removed the baseboards instead of undercutting and she made sure Pelletier rugs knew which way she wanted it done. Well, the first night we went over to check it out,(it took three days) the installer had undercut all of the baseboards in the house!!!!! As I said it got a little tense for a day or so, but in the end it was too late to go back and the floors did look wonderful and the house is selling, so we have no beef. Just got my mother's blood pressure up for a few days! I would buy through them again, but I think I'd do some research on the "undercutting vs. removal of baseboards" before letting them install them. It may have been some frustration for no reason.
