What Alex did was wonderful. My only problem is he walked away from the job without completing it. He started on the second project of painting my chair lift. When he realized it wasn't sticking to the rail he informed me that it would take longer than he had to rectify the problem. He left me with a half painted chair rail. He explained that I could submit a claim to his insurance but it's been 3 weeks and he still hasn't sent me his insurance information.
