Note: $4471 was my total closing costs -- some of that went to sub-agents, state fees, etc. I worked with Brian at NewFed when purchasing my new Condo. I was very happy to work with someone local, as the developer kept delaying the project, and my close date. We had to deal with rate changes, and relocking; which could've turned into a nightmare. Brian made himself very available; and I kept him in the loop as I was updated on delays. It was very convenient to email back and forth; and fax back and forth with Brian -- saving me much time and headache. Very nice to work with someone who is technically proficient! I would've given 5 stars but apparently there was a paperwork error which we were notified of months later which we had to deal with. Everything worked out alright in the end; and I'd consider NewFed again for my next home purchase.
