I purchased my 2011 Subaru Legacy from IRA Surbaru. In January 2014 I noticed a slow leak in my tire so I brought it into the dealership. They looked at the tire and told me they could not find any problems so they refilled it with air and sent me on my way. I drove home (8 miles away) and parked my car for the night. The following morning I was driving my daughter to the dentist and after just turning on the corner of my street the very tire that had the slow leak the day before went completely flat. The tow truck driver looked at the tire and showed me a nail that was in it. So I had the car towed back to IRA Subaru. At this point the tire was completely shot, and since the Legacy is an all wheel drive, I needed to replace all 4 tires. Rather than taking ownership that they screwed up the day before by not finding the nail, the service technician at IRA Subaru insisted that the tire was inspected thoroughly and there was no nail in it the day before. He told me I must have run over the nail after I left the dealership. Can you imagine that? I had driven that same Legacy for over 30,000 miles and NEVER ran over a nail. And then the very day after I bring it to the dealership for a slow leak I just happened to drive over a nail that caused the tire to immediately blow out. And that coincidence just happened to occur in the VERY TIRE that had a slow leak just one day and 8 miles earlier. Had IRA Subaru found the nail the day before they might have been able to patch the tire as I still had another 20,000 miles of life in the tire left. Instead I needed to purchase 4 new tires. I realize that mistakes happen but it was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL for these people not to own up to their mistake.

I went to this dealer on two occasions to test drive cars. On the first occasion the car I test drove (brand new) was making strange rattling noises. On the second occasion, I called to set up an appointment and still had to wait for 30 minutes or so for them to get the car I wanted to see (used). The car was brought out but the steering was completely shot and the car was not drivable

I have used Ira Subaru for service on my current 2010 Subaru Outback as well as my previous 2005 Outback. I use Ira because they are convenient but also because I have generally had a good experience with them. They are professional and the cost of reasonable. I never feel like I am being mislead in terms of what my car requires.

Straight from the shoulder they don't have the bill, they don't paint a horror show and they just do a thorough work around. They look and see what's going here. From my professional background I like to know that I find the problems before they find me. They are very good at helping me stay ahead of the maintenance of all my cars.

I take my and my wife's car there. Their prices are reasonable. I have worked with other dealers and for what they do, I have probably bought four or five cars from them over the last 10 years. They do good work and they stand behind it and they are about as honest and reasonable as any car dealer you are doing business with when you negotiate a new car purchase. They are head and shoulders above most because at my last lease they actually made a mistake in the paperwork and they sent me a notification after I had already signed the paperwork that my payment was going to be about $50 a month less I had agreed to them, and I was absolutely shocked.

My Outback's Tire Pressure Monitoring System dashboard light had come on and the manual recommended calling the dealer. I called and the service center scheduled me for the next day. Upon arrival, they checked us in and showed us to a fairly nice waiting room. After a little over an hour, they called me in and told me that one of the pressure sensors were gone and they'd replaced it under warranty.
The staff was friendly even though they were clearly busy, and the waiting room was spacious and had a nice TV, beverages, and some great kids toys. The wait was reasonable, and they kept me updated. The service was on warranty parts, so I didn't deal with the payment folks at all. My car was left neat and clean, and I haven't had any problems since!

I will not use them again. We took their word for it and had it replaced because they said it would not pass inspection. Later, we took it for inspection and they said that we did not need to have it replaced at all. I was seriously considering buying a car from them, but not anymore.

I have no complaints at all. I really like this company; they are just a little far away from me right now. Given my other experiences, I think I am going to have to take the drive. They did make a little mistake in my numbers as far as pricing, but they ended up fixing it and giving me the original estimate. They are very nice people. At this time, I cannot remember an exact price of both vehicles, but as I said, it was all worth it for sure.
