I thought their work was sloppy. Nice in attitude but poor in quality.

HOUSEWORKS CAME AND GAVE US AN ESTIMATE. AFTER THE WORK WAS STARTED THEY CHANGED THE ESTIMATE, INCREASING IT TO ALMOST DOUBLE THE ORIGINAL AMOUNT. SINCE THE WORK WAS ALREADY STARTED, WE OPTED TO HAVE IT COMPLETED. IT WAS A DISASTER. THE PAINTER THEY SENT WAS INCOMPETENT - HE DIDN'T SPACKLE, PAINT THE CEILING, SAND, NOTHING...I HAD TO DEMAND A NEW PAINTER. HE ALSO LEFT SOME CARPENTRY UNFINISHED BECAUSE I WOULD NOT PAY THE OUTRAGEOUS PRICE HE DEMANDED TO COMPLETE THE JOB. IN THE END, I PAID TWICE AS MUCH AS THE ESTIMATE AND ONLY HALF OF THE WORK I CONTRACTED FOR WAS COMPLETED. THIS COMPANY HAS HIGHLY UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICES.

THE JOB TOOK LONGER THAN ESTIMATED (THEY WERE WORKING ON A HOURLY RATE) AND THE QUALITY OF THE TILE WORK WAS POOR. THE WORKER WAS ALSO CARELESS.
