+ -1 morePaid up front to have a bathroom ceiling fan/heater installed. I knew this wasn't a good business practice but I knew this guy and figured things would work out well. Ended up having to purchase the ceiling unit myself and do the install myself, which in hindsight I probably should have done in the first place.
