The toilet was cracked and missing but they got me a new one and made sure all the parts were there and it works beautifully.

They are perfectly fine for ordinary things. I would rather go to other stores though.

The guy had to come back a few times and we had to call him on our own. So we were very unhappy with the service. The quality of their product was fine. I probably might not use their services in the future.

The old screen doors that I had were the old style and they didn’t do well. I saw the doors at Home Depot and I really needed them. The doors that I got from them were a lot better. They were somewhat insulated, and so they helped cut down on the draft. I asked them to replace a couple of interior doors and they did a good job of it too. The price for the three aluminum doors was about $680 which seemed like a decent price. They showed up on time, and the guy was quick with the job. Their responsiveness was about average, and I didn’t have any complaints. They were very professional. I would use them in the future but it would depend on what I am getting done.

I was quite disappointed with the complete process of this project. I first contacted Home Depot and their price was terrific when compared with other businesses for this specific siding. They hired a sub-contractor to come out and the work was being done beautifully. They were working quickly and professionally until they were about 85% done and they disappeared. I contacted Home Depot and they sent out someone else. It became clear to me that they were not doing as nice a job as the first people. I contacted Home Depot again and they sent someone out to fix the problems the second people made but they really didn't fix anything. Eventually it became clear that it was more trouble than I had time for to continue to pursue this and was ultimately left with unhappiness about the job. As far as the cost of the project goes, I don't recall the amount, just that they were 1/2 the price of a major department store and significantly lower than some private organizations I got estimates from.

The salesman at Home Depot did not hover, but was available to answer questions. I had Berber in mind, and he suggested that I look closely at the Berber because the cheaper versions were stiff and uncomfortable. He was right. I ended up choosing a middle-range carpet, but upgraded the pad. The man who measured the room came on time and was friendly an polite. The installers also were prompt and efficient. I apologized for not being able to get three large pieces of furniture out of the room. They quickly cut up a large piece of the old carpet, dragged it through the sliders onto the lawn and put the furniture on it. They returned the furniture after they had vacuumed the new carpet. The seam is invisible and I like the end product. My only wish is that they had put some sort of sill between the two places where the carpet met the ceramic tile floor of the kitchen. Before they left, they called their supervisor and had me speak to her and tell her I was satisfied.

THE WERE EXCELLENT. THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE WAS VERY GOOD.

THE QUALITY OF THEIR PRODUCTS IS NOT TOO GOOD.
