We attempted to sell our home unfortunately just as the market started to nosedive. Gimmie was extremely professional in all our dealings with her. She was a very creative thinker and came up with several clever and "out-of-the-box" marketing ideas with which we were very impressed. She did a lot of leg-work for us with the town and gave us advice and forms on selling a separate piece of land that we had. Her support was above and beyond the call of duty. At the time, we received several offers that were either "bottom-feeders" or a couple from people who ultimately did not qualify for the mortgages. As we didn't have to move, we decided to take the house off the market and wait for a couple of years to see if the market improves. We will definitely look up Gimmie when we are ready to sell again.
