Your original request was to have a plumber replace a sink in a corian counter top which I explained was not really possible onsite, or worth it because the back splash was also peeling off. I suggested new counter tops, and walked you through the entire process, From selection to sourcing. Even coordinated with you for the granite installer to get template, and install. As far as the faucet installation, we hooked the faucet up properly the first time. Red braided line from faucet to hot water supply and blue braided line from faucet to cold water line. I recommended brands like Kohler, but you bought an unknown brand (Vigo) online. You called me a few days later and said I installed the water connection backwards because the hot and cold single handle lever did not operate like your previous one. I explained the water piping connection are correct but you insisted we connected them wrong. I didn’t want to be combative, so rather than texting I came out and showed you the connections and explained not all single handle faucets are hot when facing forward. Some are hot when the handle is upright or towards the back. Either way I switched the connection around because that was your preference. You expressed you wished it was the same as the old and with that I accommodated you’re request and switched the red line from faucet to the cold water connection under the sink. So the handle operation was like the old faucet. When we originally talked about the project you mentioned you wanted a backsplash back up behind the sink. I said we could do that for you, but upon arrival there was 3 walls to do. there just wasn’t enough time for the kitchen sink, adding an ice maker line to fridge and The tile work was much more involved than previously discussed as you chose a Herringbone design with small tiles. I asked to reschedule because I needed more time than allotted. I wasn’t able to do it that week so I recommended someone else who could."
