First they were charging us $4.05 for a gallon of gas, but when we told them we were looking to switch companies, they suddenly dropped the price to $2.79. We had been basically overcharged for 8 years. We kept running out of gas in the middle of the night and one time it took them 4 hours to refuel. We have a baby in the house and the that happened to be in one one of the coldest nights this winter. This happens over and over again. They told us it was because we were on a load to load plan, even though we were paying $4.05/ gallon. Both my parents are seniors and live in the house. The customer service, other than the service provided by the lady, Dawn Darling, is the worst. They are rude, make no effort to solve your problems and every time I spoke with someone, they made feel like they didn't care about our situation. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
