Door Service
The doors themselves look nice and were a fair price. However, the installer was more than 2 hours late when he returned to install a missing piece of flashing two weeks after the initial installation. In the meantime, my basement and garage were freezing. And about a month after the new doors were installed, they stopped opening completely. They only opened 3/4 of the way, which had never been a problem in the past. When I called the Door Doctor to come out and look at them, without looking at them, that the problem was electrical and had nothing to with their work. So I had to call another contractor to come out to repair them. The other thing I would mention is that the owners apparently winter in FL, and conduct their business from there during the winter months. So you are totally dependent upon their employees for service during the winter months. The husband and wife owners were quite friendly and came out together to do the estimate, so their unwillingness to follow through is disappointing.
