This is my regular vets office. I see Dr Pelletier there as my regular vet and Dr Morris in sick visits and you can tell they care.

I've been going there for 3 years. They're always available. It's a clean facility. They're nice to our animals. They're knowledgeable veterinarians.

Scheduling was good and the vet we saw, Dr. Morris, was wonderful. She interacted great with our dog, got right down on the floor with her. The one thing is their check-out system can be a little bit long. Communication is good with them. They've been really responsive with my questions. The cost there was better than I thought it would be.

Our regular vet is in Maine so we had never been to this facility for over 20 years. They treated us and our dog promptly, kindly and professionally. During the visits our dog was checked thoroughly by three different very caring vets. The assistants and desk staff were also observed greeting or caring for other animals in the same manner as the vets.

I've been going to Danvers animal hospital for number of years now. The location is convenient to my home. This final visit however, was the last straw. The customer service experience at Danvers animal hospital is by far the worst I have ever experienced in any type of professional office environment. When you come into Danvers Animal Hospital you approach the front desk and check in. However, there is no one manning the front desk. The staff are all in the room behind the desk doing various other tasks. It can be as long as 10 minutes before someone will acknowledge your presence. This last time, there were five different parties standing there waiting to be Checked in. I made a joke that it looks like we are all zombies from and quot;Dawn of the Deadand quot; as we just stared at the staff waiting for someone to come out and check us in. When you ask, and quot;can I be checked-in.and quot;they seem to move slower. I was finally checked in after 10 minutes and told to wait in the waiting room. We waited for 40 minutes. I was then ushered into the exam room where we waited another 15 minutes for the veterinarian to come in. In fact, I went in the back looking for The veterinarian. I talked to someone and they said the vet would be with me momentarily and I told them how long I was I've been waiting. When the vet finally came in I vented to the vet and then we left. The bottom-line and to make a long story short, is this is not a one off experience at Danvers Animal Hospital. Each time I've been there the check-in process has been as stated. At any of my prior appointments we have never been seen on time or within a reasonable amount of time of the appointment. I probably should have switched veterinarians years ago, but I have now. I sensed that the veterinarian was frustrated with customer service as well, but had no control over that aspect of the business. And since this is not the first time this has happened I can only assume that the owner of the practice does not care about his customers time or customer service. So I would suggest finding another veterinarian that does. I have and they actually greeted me when I came in and checked me in within one minute.

This animal hospital was fine. They knew what they were doing and treated my cats well. They seemed to be more expensive than previous vets I have been to for similar services. They desk staff is slightly unfriendly so that turned me off a bit. I will go to a different vet next time, but may return here in the future if needed.

It's just a very good facility. I don't think they really need to improve on anything. They are very proficient and they are very friendly people.

We've been using them for a year. We originally used them because we had a coupon and we were not happy with our previous vet. They are professional and they are very concerned about the animals. The customer service is great. Their prices are reasonable. They have a beautiful establishment. We have nothing bad to say about them.

My vet was professional and kind. I've been going to this practice for many years. They never seem to have enough front desk staff. I'm very satisfied with this animal hospital and will continue to take my animals there.

They are very loving and clean. We've had them for 20 years. They are honest and tell you the cost. They give you your options and dont make you feel guilty. They are very open with their recommendation. They explain things well and make sure you know what is going on with your animals. They have an online reminder service and email you and tell you when it is time to get flea control or anything like that.

I would highly recommend them to everyone. The staff is very courteous. When I had a cat that passed away, they were very nice, supportive and very helpful in helping figure out how to take care of my cat's remains in this stressful time.

Veterinarian Services: For many years I brought our pets to Danvers Animal Hospital (367 Maple Street (Rt. 62), Danvers, MA. I finally left them because I was very unhappy with the revolving door of vets there, long waits in their very large waiting room for appointments, and the feeling that I was one in a crowd. At each visit we had a different vet due to staff turnover. I wanted continuity; a vet who I could count on being there for future visits and who knew my dogs. I did not get that at D.A.H. Boarding: I also checked out D.A.H. for boarding my dogs (for vacation). After seeing the area where they would be, I decided to look elsewhere.
