Jim came out promptly. Our roof is only 5 years old and we have a leak. The installer said it was fascia and not his roof. Jim climbed up and took photos to show me a cut shingle with exposed nail about where the leak is. He said the fascia looked fine. He calked that area. Fingers crossed. Jim was quick to respond to my initial call, and immediately came out to evaluate the roof. The job turned out great and within budget, and most importantly, ahead of a snowstorm in the forecast.. They were easygoing to talk with, and explained the work done and materials used. They cleaned up nicely at end of the job. Highly recommend.

This project went well. Jeff assessed a problem with our roof and determined that what was needed was some sealant around the chimney. We thought we had a problem of larger scope than that and he was fair - did not try to oversell us on products or services we didn't need - something we really appreciate. He came back and did the work and went the extra mile to check for issues around other openings in the roof (exhaust outlets, etc.). Nice guy who knows his business. We'll work with Jeff again.

We called 8-10 companies for estimates. Four or five came to look at the roof. Only Judd Brothers went up onto the roof, looked closely, took measurements, etc. They discussed all of our options for a white roof and seemed far more knowledgeable than any other bidder. One of the owners was on site throughout the job. They returned a few days after coming for an estimate, as promised, with samples. Work was done efficiently and area thoroughly cleaned up. We are very satisfied.

It went smoothly. Specifications in the contract were same as the insurance adjuster agent required following the 2014-15 ice-dam damages. Other contractors that I had talked to, didn't know how to do rubber roofing correctly as I learned from the adjuster and online videos. Also, Jim had sharp eyes to detect potential problem areas on a complicated roof with shingles at front and several fan outlets.

It perfectly. I called him and he came out to do an estimate. I was not there to inspect the work at completion, but when I saw it months later, it looked great. My mom was 93 years old and he worked well with her in a very professional manner. He just did an awesome job. He also did a great job matching the shingles to the original ones. I would definitely hire him again.
