CARPET LIQUIDATORS

I had heard about Carpet Liquidators as a "decorator's best kept secret" for getting brand name high quality carpeting at fantastic prices since they sell all remnants. Their showroom is very confusing since it is just a big warehouse with rolls and rolls stacked everywhere. It can be difficult to browse due to this unorganized state, but when I asked for help I was pointed in the right direction by the female associate. I purchased a custom cut area rug which they bound for me. When I ordered the rug I also ordered a rug pad to be cut to be used under the rug. I was told everything would be ready in a week. I called before driving all the way out there to pick up the rug, and it was a good thing I did, since I was told it would not be ready for another week. Once I did go out to pick it up, the rug pad I ordered was not cut and ready. We live far away and did not want to make another trip, so we ended up cutting the pad ourselves. The female associate is helpful, but the male owner is incredibly rude and horrible to work with. We won't be doing business there again due to the rude way he treated us.
