Capital Property Group, LLC. was founded in 2015, after spending 13 years managing single family and multi family homes, I went even a step further and took on commercial buildings as well. Knowing where my passion really was and how much I loved this business, I knew the time has come to open CPG. I've learned from other companies exactly what not to do and how to fix some of the biggest complaints and problems, all the areas that I said, why not just give property owners exactly what they expect when hiring a management company? I've personally trained our staff to remember what this company is built on and why we will uphold our word and name as well as the ethics of great and honest property management.
