ACCENT TILE

Our washer flooded, and we needed to have the tile floor below it replaced ASAP so we could put a new washer in. I left a message for Tony and he called me back the same day. He was able to fit us into his busy schedule rather quickly, which was much appreciated as we have three small kids and had no washer for over a month. Tony and Matt showed up promptly on the day/time scheduled and prepped the floor for tile installation. They worked efficiently and had the tile set in a few hours. The next morning, they arrived again promptly at the agreed upon time and grouted the floor. Both Tony and Matt were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. We had a great experience and would not hesitate to call Tony again.

I called Accent tile and left a message of what I needed.  I believe it was on a Saturday/Sunday and expected to get a call back on Monday.  I got a call back from the owner, Tony, the same night I called. I told him what I needed and gave him the measurements,  He said he didn't even need to see the job, asked what kind of tile I had bought and gave me a price over the phone.  He told me he could install the tile within the week. 

I ordered my tile, called him when it came in, and he came the next day at 7:30am sharp.  He got right to work and had a very nice disposition.  My husband and I left the house to do some errands and came back to a completed job.  The grout would be applied the next day.  After he left I had to call him because he ended the tile at the end of the cabinets but there was a gap between the end of the tile and my fridge and I didn't like how it looked.  He answered his cell right away and I told him my concern.  He came back within the hour and continued the tile behind the fridge closing up the gap.  He apologized and said that the standard is the tile stops at the end of the cabinets and he should of asked if I wanted it extended. 

One of his workers came the next day to grout and Tony again came by to see how it was going and helped clean up after the job was done.

Tony's crew, (Matt and Matt) were such a great team.  Really nice guys, friendly, conversational and very professional at their craft.  Tony the owner oversaw the project daily and we couldn't be happier with the finished project.  Everyone LOVES it!  Would highly recommend Accent Tile.  Tony was also very responsive to our questions.

Flexible with the scheduling when I had to reschedule.  Arrived promptly, worked clean, kept me informed.  When needed, handled additional tile order without my needing to hassle.  Work is impeccable, and I would use him again.  Highly recommended.

Tony was one of three quotes we got to put in wood look tile over our concrete basement floor.  Of all the installers I called, Tony impressed me as always following through with stated commitments.  He called when he said he would, delivered the estimate on the day promised, showed up on time...etc.

Based on his clear expertise he was the only one we felt comfortable with, and so we went with him even though the price was a bit higher than the others.  All the installers we talked to warned us against putting 36 inch long tile over a concrete floor, because they are far less forgiving of tiny rises in the floor.  Tony was upfront with us that there would be some very small uneven spots by it's nature, but explained how he would minimize them and assured us the result would look good...and we were more confident that he could work with it than any of the others.  For one thing, he's the only one who actually got down on the floor and measured / identified where our uneven spots were.

The job went great.  The resulting floor is beautiful!  They finished ahead of schedule, and Tony even fixed a tile in our kitchen that had cracked...and didn't charge us anything for the extra favor.

We intend to call him again when it is time to do our kitchen backsplash.   

They did very well.  The price was very reasonable.  He showed up on time and I didn't have to wait long.  He was very neat, clean, and friendly.  They called before they showed up, and I appreciated their professionalism.

Showed up on time, courteous, did a prompt job and cleaned up afterward. Did some small extra's that were no charge. Very reasonable price when compared with other estimates. Absolutely did a fabulous job...

As with previous jobs Tony has done for us (upstairs and downstairs bathroom floors), this job went flawlessly. Tony gave us recommendations for places to shop for tile, and we ended up being happy with ideas and suggestions we got from "Tile by Design" in Danvers. For our kitchen we chose some "non-standard" tile - slightly irregular pieces and colors, but Tony went with our request, and he did an excellent job. The kitchen backsplash looks pretty as a picture. Tony is punctual, and does excellent work. My wife is already talking about more tile work she wants Tony to do in the future!

Tony was great. He answered my initial call promptly, came over and gave me an estimate. When I called to tell him that our tile had arrived, he went to pick it up. He showed up promptly and did a beautiful job. it turned out that we slightly underestimated the amount of tile that we needed but Tony was creative and made it work by using half pieces behind the stove. Our backsplash looks beautiful, just like a picture in a magazine! We plan to call him in the future when the time comes to redo our bathrooms.

TONY'S ORIGINAL ESTIMATE WAS FAR LOWER THAN THE OTHER ONE WE GOT, AS HE WAS BETTER ABLE TO STAY WITHIN THE LIMITED SCOPE OF WORK THAT WE REQUESTED. HE CALLED TO CONFIRM DATES, MOVED US UP ONCE WHEN HE HAD A CANCELLATION, AND SHOWED UP EXACTLY WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD. HE WAS EXCEPTIONALLY POLITE, WENT OUT TO GET A SHOWER FIXTURE THAT NEEDED REPLACING, AND STILL CAME IN JUST UNDER HIS ESTIMATE. HE AND HIS ASSISTANT DID AN EXCELLENT CLEANUP JOB AS WELL.

TONY AND HIS ASSISTANT WERE EXCELLENT. TONY IS A PERFECTIONIST AND OUR BATHROOM TILING IS BEAUTIFUL. HE STICKS TO HIS SCHEDULE, WORKS LONG DAYS AND IS OPEN TO DISCUSSING OPTIONS.
