Simply Clean

We first hired Beau Fair to clean the windows on our porch and house in 2012. He was responsible, meticulous, and priced fairly. Because of this we subsequently hired him and his wonderful wife, Kate, to clean our house regularly. Again, they are responsible, lovely, and always do a meticulous job. We recommend them highly.

Beau Fair and his and quot;Simply Cleanand quot; team (two assistants) did a great job.
They arrived punctually and worked with quiet efficiency and good humor.
Helped us with removal and storage of three window air conditioning units and even put a winter cover back
on a fourth which was not co-located with any window.
Beau himself, a confident onetime roofer, did most of the high ladder work himself.
Total cost exceeded my prior expectations but Beau charged us the exact amount he had estimated in a reconnaisance visit a week earlier, except that he deducted $10 for one storm it was not possible to access for washing. I call that and quot;Fairand quot; pricing.
We definitely would recommend Simply Clean to others who want a great, thorough job.

The cleaner's name is David Troy. They are on time and they work around our schedule. They do a fantastic job.

I called and spoke to Beau who gave me options as to dates and time. This occured with both jobs. They arrived exactly as they had scheduled, worked quickly and efficiently.

The contact was immediate; arrived to give estimate on time; called to make sure that I felt all my leaves had dropped because he would reschedule if I wanted to. Work was EXCELLENT!!!
