He did a wonderful job both times. He is very thorough, trustworthy, personable, and conscientious. He's just a good guy.

Professional and personable, Bill Drosehn knows what he's doing (I'm told he's a bridge inspector for the state of MA). He arrived on time and took his time telling me all kinds of details about the home. He took pictures and gave me a detailed report. He found a number of safety concerns that are being addressed before close. I would definitely use him again and recommend him to friends.

Bill was right on time, he went through the home with us, answering questions as we went, as well as performing a verbal de-briefing at the end. The written report was received on time and as promised (less than 48 hours). He was responsive to calls, texts and emails, and very thorough in his inspection and explanations. I would recommend him without reservation.
