Their roof area estimate was smaller than that of the other company so the price was lower. It was a very pleasurable, excellent and a win win experience. I was totally satisfied. The contractor listened to me and very responsive to my wishes and a good communicator. During the job, the contractor was always present everyday working with his people and he didn't leave his people and walked away. They picked up after themselves after each day. The price was fair and the job went very smoothly and their working shift looked excellent to me. I would use them again in the future.
