We met with Joe Saia, the owner, and he walked us through the complicated process of figuring how much and what to buy for an outdoor party of 100 people. He gave us a quantity discount on all the alcohol we bought as well as on some bottles of wine he picked out for us to take home and sample. When the day of the party came, the beverages were delivered chilled and he also delivered ice and buckets.
