Since we hadn't sold a house in this part of the country before, it was great to have an experienced guide like Michele. There is a lot of info at the beginning of the process and Michele did an excellent job going over it, plus we needed refreshers along the way. We would recommend Michele highly as she went the extra mile, and we always felt we could trust her. She was aggressive in marketing the home and hired a photographer that did a great job with photos and also did an extra "3D" version of the home. Most of all Michele is honest and open and will give you good advice on pricing and staging your home. She really helped us maximize the value of our home by properly staging it (with our own furniture). We had already done a lot of work but her finishing touches added a lot. As we got offers on the house, she helped us vet the potential buyers and gave good guidance on who to pick and why. She also helped us in finding a new home and was there for all the inspections, viewings, etc. so she could give us her perspective. This was very valuable and we truly appreciated her expertise.

We think we are very picky first time home-buyers but Michele was very patient and helped us a lot throughout the process, never pushing us to go above our budget. She was very responsive to all our questions and was very quick to schedule showings, sometimes driving 50 miles to see the house with us. When there was a complication at closing that involved the town, she went the extra mile calling the town officials to resolve all issues and ensure the closing was on time.
