I took a ring that I inherited to Geraldine and Robert to be reset. I had a good idea of what I wanted. They reviewed my idea, gave me a price, and a time estimate. They took the old ring and gave me back exactly what I was hoping for. We talked during the time that they were working on the new setting and they advised me how they recommended modifying my design to make sure the ring looked its best. They estimated 5 weeks, but after four weeks the ring was done. It is exactly what I wanted, fits perfectly and is going to become a favorite piece of jewelry. So much prettier and more wearable than the old setting!
