They were expensive but fantastic. It was higher than other bids but he stuck to his price the whole time. His staff was wonderful. They were clean. They showed up in painter pants. They were very professional. They were here everyday once they started. They cleaned up after themselves everyday. They came in with a bid but it is the price we ended up paying in the final. Everything was topnotch. I have already given his name to several different people.

Both times it was a pleasure to work with the team. They came on time and gave us a prompt estimate of the projects - everything was e-mailed and documented and listed in detail, which we really appreciated. They listened to our questions and respected our visions, while expressing their professional opinion on what can and cannot work. Both time they finished the job faster than they had promised, which was a wonderful surprise. They were really respectful of our belongings and covered the floors and any furniture in the way. They helped us move things out of the way and prepped everything meticulously. Loved the handy work with a brush in all the corners - they did not rush and made sure everything looks great!

I would highly recommend Jim. He is very professional, knowledgeable and it shows in his excellent work. We have had several painters over the years and Jim is by far......the best. His assistant was also excellent.
We were so happy with the work that we are having Jim paint the outside of our house this spring. Jim does unusually thorough prep work too which is key for my husband who desires top-notch work. Jim was also very helpful in color selection.

They finished the job early and under budget because removing the wallpaper caused fewer problems than anticipated. Prompt, professional service. The crew is experienced and efficient, and they keep the work space tidy. The owner talked us through every stage of the process, gave good advice on colors and the kind of paint to use, and even came back for final clean-up and touch-up. We are very pleased and plan to use Fradette Painting again.

I was impressed how professional he was. He came over for the free estimate. He was clean, punctual, and went over everything with me so we knew exactly what he was going to do. When he came to do the job he called me in advance to make sure the time was right for me. The work was beautiful. He was reasonably priced. He was just the best painter we ever had. His work was fastidious. His mannerism was friendly, yet professional. It was perfect. I plan to use him again at the beginning of the year. I've told all my friends how great he was. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

They were great over the phone and when they came out.

Jim's work overall was excellent. We have a busy household with kids. He and his crew worked around our schedule and were as non-intrusive as painters working in your house can be. He carefully explained all the steps he takes to make the job successful and performed all those tasks as well as we expected or better. He gave advice along the way too, which helped our vision be realized. He and his crew were exceptionally friendly and courteous and showed up when they said they would. In short, the most important things for us are quality work from people who are pleasant to be around. We got both. Jim does the job right. He uses only oil based paint on all interior trim and all exterior projects. This takes more time and is a bit more expensive, but we still rate the company as an A for price because we felt it was fair given the work performed. We feel it is worth paying a bit more if we have to paint less frequently. Especially given the wear and tear of kids.

EXCELLENT. JIM WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND SO WERE HIS WORKERS. QUALITY OF WORK WAS EXCELLENT. GOOD ATTENTION TO DETAIL. ALWAYS CLEANED UP AT THE END OF THE DAY. WOULD DEFINITELY RE-HIRE AGAIN.

HE KEPT PUTTING ME OFF BUT HE WAS PLEASANT. WHEN THEY WERE ABLE TO DO THE WORK, IT WENT WELL. THEY WERE ABLE TO MEET MY NEEDS, WITHOUT REDOING THE ENTIRE CEILING, WHICH WAS MUCH MORE COST EFFECTIVE.

JIM IS A VERY CONSCIENTIOUS AND PROFESSIONAL PAINTER. HE AND HIS STAFF ARE FRIENDLY AND EASY TO WORK WITH AND THEIR END RESULTS ARE BEAUTIFUL. JIM WAS ABLE TO COME TO OUR HOUSE THE DAY AFTER I CALLED AND HE HAD THE ESTIMATE READY FOR US THAT EVENING. THE WORK WAS STARTED AND COMPLETED ON TIME AND WE ARE VERY PLEASED WITH THE RESULTS.

HE IS A REALLY NICE GUY AND EASY TO WORK WITH AND I WILL BE USING HIM AGAIN VERY SOON.
