He was absolutely delightful to work with, from beginning to end. Always helpful. Always responsive. Always informative. Of all of the agents that we met with before listing the house, David was far and away the most accurate in predicting the value of our house. In fact, had we not listed with David, we would have lost thousands of dollars with agents who would have under-valued our property. And David sold our house in 36 hours.
