concord Tree & Landscape

Unfortunately their quality has fallen significantly over the past year. There is extensive poor communication with the customer and between management and the crews doing the work. It is a shame because they used to do good work (although always had communication problems). During the winter their plow damaged a retaining wall next to the driveway. Despite several promises to fix the wall they never completed repairs. Also there were a number of problems with their work. Although most of them were corrected (except for the above) they never apologized or took responsibility. There was always some excuse for the problem.

Concord Tree and Landscaping appears to rely on hiring subcontracting workers to perform their various services. In general, all of the workers that have been assigned to us have done excellent work in a professional manner. If anything, it is the coordination of the work that has been somewhat less than perfect. For example, we are not always certain when certain workers will arrive to perform their services, and if we request a delay or change of schedule, the request does not always reach the workers. In the beginning, we found that we had to inquire more than once before a service was scheduled. Also, the invoicing for the contracted services has been somewhat erratic, causing outstanding balances to sometimes grow and then arrive in large, lump-sum invoices. Nevertheless, we have the general impression that these coordinating and invoicing issues are being ironed out as time goes on, and we are very pleased with the actual work that is being done. the prices for the services appear to be in line with other providers in our area. We plan to continue using Concord Tree and Landscaping for the foreseeable future.

Shawn and his team are AMAZING! Truly AMAZING! I called them in a panic about a project that I couldn't finish myself (I perpetually over-promise and underachieve on my own DIY projects...whoops). They came in ASAP and finished the project extremely quickly. Their work is top notch and Shawn's and his crew's service is superb. Shawn is very easy to get a hold of (he texts which is great for me since we can share photos and notes). Not only is the work quality fantastic and the service equally great, but the prices are extremely fair. I often feel like many companies raise prices when you live near a city just because they think they can charge more...not with Concord Tree and Landscape. I am SO glad I found Concord Tree and Landscape!! Other companies I have called 1) hard to get a hold of 2) expensive 3) have no openings for work and/or 4) try to up-sell me on EVERYTHING. Not with Shawn. I will 100% use Concord Tree and Landscape A+. I am seriously smiling from ear to ear.

Excellent. Shawn is a hands-on owner who explains the entire process with cost saving alternatives. The projects started on time and completed ahead of schedule. The crews were knowledgeable and hardworking, and would always check with me if questions arose. A couple of small issues appeared after completion and, after a call to Sean, there was immediate follow-up and follow- through. Sean operates a class A business & I would, without reservation or hesitation recommend the tree & landscaping services that his company offers.

Superb quality, lighting speed, competitive price, excellent customer service and professionalism, this company has all. I strongly recommend them. 1: Shawn won't sell you a job for the sake of the job, instead he gives you suggestion best for your current circumstance, not only cut down unnecessary cost, but increase property value in the long run. 2: Shawn has a huge team works for him, they are able to finish major project in a blink. About 20 people showed up at my project and they finished tearing down stone walls, removing debris, filling the soil, grading, applying top soil, reroute drainage, moving shrubs and cleaning up in just ONE day. Also finished installing irrigation and hydro-seeding in just ONE day. Everything is very well planned and organized. 3: Shawn only picks the best for his team, the quality is out of question. He has been earning his reputation and respect by providing high quality works. 4: Shawn communicated with me during every step of the process to make sure everything meets my expectation. After the work is done he kept on helping me track weather condition to make sure hydro-seeds are safe, and double checked the rain sensor so I won't waste water. 5: The pricing is competitive and his company provides varies of payment methods and finacing. I am extremely happy about the end result and will hire them for my future project. I hope Concord Tree and Landscape has much more bussiness to come!

They were professional, effective, quiet. They were also friendly and efficient. They yard looks great!!! I have used them for a few years now and each year the yard gets better and better.
