I was not pleased with them because we were selling a house in Concord but we didn't live there and they were not responsive to our area. The one in Concord was great and they did great work. They were punctual.

There was a couple of days delay between when I called and when Robert got back to me. He apologized and said he could come over and pickup the toilets later that day. He is a very friendly and talkative guy, easy to work with. I gave him a check and he took away the rubbish.
