We called them ahead of time to schedule a vehicle inspection and they said we could drop in anytime. That was really convenient - especially with Starbucks and a Dunkin' Donuts right across the street. They finished when they said they would and the price was standard. It was easy and yes, I would go back.

Saand iuml;d was very courteous and did not pressure or use scare tactics. He laid out the problem and the steps needed to address the issue. He recommended that as part of a head gasket leak repair, and while the engine was taken out, it would make sense, based on my mileage, to replace the water pump and timing belt as I would only be paying for parts in this situation. Since the head gasket has to be machined at an outside shop and not knowing the extent of the damage until the part was removed, he gave me an estimated range for the repair. Once they removed the engine, they noticed that my clutch needed an overhaul. All in all, the total bill never went over the original estimate even with the added clutch overhaul. Based on some previous research, an average head gasket repair on my car model is $2000K. They did a clutch overhaul, tensioners, water pump, and timing belt, and the head gasket leak repair for the same price.
I've dealt with Billy and Charlie (the owner) in the past and also trust their judgement and professional ethics.

They get the work down on time. They are very reasonably price, but a very busy place.

Concord Mobil Inc is a solid and reputable company. I don't have a lot of contact with them when my car needs repairs, but from what I have seen, they are pretty responsible and business-like. I can't remember what this repair was. It was on the high side, but Volvo's require more expensive fixes.
