I have used Dr. Lopez for probably at least 20 years. He listens to you and he is not always trying to push the way medications or whatever, but he will listen to what the problems are and he has got good judgement. They have an administrative staff that handles 10 or 20 doctors and so we haven't had any problems. His nurse practitioner has been high quality and the staff of the office as far as making appointment and stuff we haven't had any problems. We usually schedule an appointment but if we have an emergency he will see us. I have an appointment coming up in a month.

My experience with him was good. I had him years ago and he was available when I needed a doctor and I just stayed with him because I like him. They have a new building. He covers everything and documents everything. They give me all the information. It is all online. I just like that.

I am 78 and at that age he likes to see me every three months. I've used him for probably three years. He was fine. Normally, if I have to make an appointment for something, I could be in within a couple of days. He is a bit shy and it took awhile for him to warm up.

Everything went well. Dr. Zifcak ordered a wide range of tests, and referred me to the appropriate specialist.
She is a wonderful doctor! Her staff is excellent. If you call and need to
see her, they will fit you in somehow. She takes my insurance, and I have never had a billing problem.Homeowner

I have never had a problem with this Doctor. The only issue is from time to time they may use the wrong code on the bill and it takes a phone call to get it taken care of.

My appointment for my annual physical went very well, as expected. Dr. Jain was punctual and thorough, as always. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and did not rush our meeting. Over the years, he has helped me to remain very healthy. He is part of a very up-to-date group practice which has handled my family's health needs with great competence for many years.

Keeping this to the basics - Dr. Tilles has always been my doctor based on his address being pulled form a phone book. I have always been bothered by his mannerisms which indicate he is interested in spending the minimum amount of time interacting with patients and his office's general incompetence and arrogance in addressing basic appointment, billing and follow-up needs.
Recently I had a physical which involved some bloodwork as well as a mole being checked with a biopsy. I was assured that if anything turned up in need of review or out of the ordinary that I would get a phone call to discuss. Sure enough, 10 days later, I got a voicemail saying I should call Dr garble-garble (couldn't understand the name) to schedule an appointment. I called the office back and left them a message saying 1) I didn't know the name they were telling me to call (nor did they give a phone number) and 2) I would appreciate some clue about why I was going to be calling this new doctor.
The next day in the mail, I received a 2-paragraph letter. Paragraph 1: Your blood work came back normal. Congratulations! Paragraph 2: Your biopsy came back and you have basal cell cancer. We recommend you call Dr xxxxxx to make an appointment.
The letter came on a Friday so there was no doctor to talk to for 3 days.
It didn't take long to look up 'basal cell cancer' to see that in fact it's not a very srious issue. But I think any doctor that would send a form letter informing a patient they have cancer is bordering on negligent.

During my first visit with Dr. Kramer, he gave me a cursory physical exam and wrote prescriptions for my existing medications. I had copies of my recent surgeries which included an ankle replacement and a shoulder replacement. I also showed him copies of recent procedures including x-rays, surgical reports, and MRI's which showed three slipped discs in my lumbar spine and significant arthritis iin my neck, spine, ankles, and shoulders. One of my prescriptions was a common pain medication. I didn't notice until later that he only wrote for one weeks worth. When I finished the medication, I phoned Dr. Kramer for a refill and he called it in to the pharmacy. This time, he wrote for three days worth. I called his office and spoke with his nurse who said she was sorry this is so "micky mouse." I didn't know why he was doing this and he never spoke with me directly to explain why he wouldn't write one months worth of the medication. I made another appointment and I was referred to a nurse practitioner. At the visit with her, she wrote for a few days worth and told me that Dr. Kramer does not want to prescribe pain medication. I didn't understand but felt that he acted very unprofessionally. Also, he decreased another one of my medications which I had been taking for years. I was extremely upset and wrote him a letter. I found another physicion who abided by a physician's code of ethics and is a profssional and excellent physician. I felt that it was important to share my experience with other consumers.

My mother has some early symptoms of dementia and I am her Health Care Proxy so I accompany her most of the time and have even moved in with her to help her out. The visit with Dr. Roomi began on a cool and uncomfortable note and remained so throughout the exam. I asked a couple of questions and made a couple of suggestions but the Doctor was not receptive to my ideas. Her demeanor was unapproachable and what I consider to be unprofessional. When we left te office, my mother and I confided in eachother and agreed that Dr. Roomi would not be our primary care physician.

Dr. Lopez is an excellent physician. He is thorough and deliberate, listens carefully, and his diagnosis, treatments and referrals have always been spot on. I am completely satisfied with the outcome of every issue I have brought to his attention. Trust him completely. On the downside, he does work in an extremely busy multiphysician practice and it can be difficult to schedule an appointment with him. However, the practice does have several excellent PAs and NPs who can often me scheduled on short notice. I have a chronic condition that occasionally requires urgent attention, so I really appreciate this flexibility. This practice is also part of Harvard Vanguard's enormous system, so you have medical records and scheduling online, which I really appreciate. They also try to run a tight ship with scheduling. Overall, a great experience.

Dr Gomez was my primary about 7 years ago and we will see her very occasionally because she may be on call at the big Concord Hillside Medical practice. My husband and both received competent and good follow up for urgent medical problems. She got our referrals very promptly and made follow up telephone calls to us quickly. Both of us agree that she does not come across as an exceptionally warm or friendly personality. That was important to me, so I did not want to continue with her. My husband doesn't care as much about that. As I noted, her care is good and thorough so I feel comfortable recommending her. Concord Hillside's office and intake is much improved from two years ago. It used to be inefficient, inattentive and sometimes downright grumpy. Congratulations to them for dealing with the problem.
