ATA CYCLES

I came to this bike shop all the way from upstate New York, because I heard noting but great things about the bike shop. It is true. The bike shop is amazing, and they have the biggest selection of the best cycling items of any bike shop I have ever been to. But for my experience, that is where it ends. I was willing to pay their full price with no discount on an item that I could get online for much less, but I was worried about support after the purchase in the event of needing warranty repairs/ service. I now know that I will not get anything from this bike shop but a cold shoulder. I can not even get the service and support to complete the original transaction. I purchased a specialty bike frame here last July. It is now November. I have not been able to ride my new bike that I paid over $6,000.00 just for the frame, fork, handlebars, and stem because of wrong sizes and parts missing. I been promised return calls, but have never gotten a single one returned. It is unfortunate that such a great shop can not be backed by a little integrity. Go here if you must (I don't blame you, It is fun to go look), but I do not recommend spending money here. go get fit, get your size, try stuff on, find out what you like, and go home and think about it. EVERYTHING that they stock in this shop can be purchased for much less online, and chances are you will get what you order the first time, and not get stuck without riding your new bike for 5+ months.
