Hartnett Plumbing continues to provide excellent service. They return service telephone calls in a timely manner, never longer than 24 hours and that was on a weekend when their office was closed. They schedule us in promptly and always arrive when they say they will. The workers are always friendly and professional.

the work was to be done by the hour. The 3 workers involved got 100per hr for Tim Hartnett, 75per hr for his journeyman plumber, and 50per hour for the plumbers helper. As I was building the house myself, I was on the job each and every day and kept track of the hours they worked. When billed the labor amount was over 2000 more then they had worked. [No itemization of the labor bill was given]. I questioned Tim Hartnett on this amount and he agreed to take a closer look at it. He reduced the bill by 300 and no itemization was given. As I have always paid my bills and was in shocked disbelief that Tim would do this to me I foolishly paid the bill. [Approximately 1800 dollars more for labor than they actually worked.] I was cheated and will never have Hartnett Plumbing do anything for me again.

Well, first let mention that he is a really funny guy and quite a character! It's a pleasure working with him. He found the problem in my water heater, replaced a part, and it's been working great ever since.

They are a little pricier.

They were very professional. They did a really nice caulking around the sinks. They did a very nice job. I met the owner and when they did the work his son was helping him so it seems like a family oriented business. They are very fair with the price. They came out once to fix our shut off valve for our washer and only charged us $40, which we thought would cost about $100, so their prices are very fair.
