The plumber (I believe his name was Joe) was on time, very professional, and thoughtful. He pointed out the drain issues and offered to fix it that day. He left my home in clean condition. I was very pleased with the quality of work and the price charged.

The service man arrived at my home 10 minutes early, ready to get the job done. He worked very quickly, which I appreciated after having another experience with a plumber who lolly-gagged around, taking his sweet time. Mike was great - he fixed the toilet seal within 40 minutes and then moved on to the master shower. He was methodical and asked for our input and usage throughout his analysis. He eventually determined that our supposed leak in the master bathroom was actually from the tub drain in a different bathroom. All in all, he was great and spent 4 hours at the house. This all happened recently, so we still have time to see if we caught the root causes of the leaks, but as long as the fix is solved, we would definitely use McElhinney again!
