GUTTERPRO

Installers did swift, efficient work adding gutters to our second story and connecting the downspouts to the first floor. Looks great. Communication between Bill the sales guy, the scheduling office, and the installers was a bit dicey. We've also found two sharp pieces of leftover gutter in our yard since they left—thankful our 5-year-old didn't find them first.

This process took a very long time which likely had to do with the bad winter. I received a quote for the front gutter replacement back in February and was told at the time of the quote that the work won't be scheduled until the snow melted and the front of the house was safely exposed. I had no issues with that. When I decided to move forward with GutterPro I placed a down payment of 30% around late March-early April. I didn't receive a phone call for several days after and I decided to follow up since I've given them money for the job already. At that point I scheduled the work and was told they were backed up due to projects that needed to be postponed due to the unprecedented winter season and that they couldn't come out until mid May. The day GutterPro was scheduled to come and complete the work they never showed up due to delays at another site earlier that day. I received a call from GutterPro and was told that the job would be complete the next day. They didn't offer any concessions for the loss of time on the project but were apologetic. The finished product looks very good and I haven't had any issues yet. 
Overall, the customer service was below average and they seem to have issues around scheduling. I didn't appreciate having to call them days later after committing and placing a down payment in order to schedule work. They did offer the lowest quote of three that I obtained earlier so this was good. I would recommend them to friends/family but with a word of caution. You need to be on top of them in order to get your job completed.
