BESTICK POOL SVC

Description of Work: they never showed upfor their scheduled appointment to open the pool even they assured that they would do the job before my son's graduation party. they never returned any messages and when they answered the phone , they were very rude and unprofessional.

Description of Work: I purchased my home with a pool in July of 2012 Bestick was existing pool service provider. I asked them to continue to service the pool. They were horrible. Did not show up when scheduled. Did not leave receipts for work done. Did not maintain the pool properly. (left torn filters, burnt out equipment, and said the weirs were the wrong size - they were not) Worst thing is that when you call the office and ask for better communication, they don't care. Totally happy to lose me as a customer. The new firm I hired, South Shore Pool and Spa found many things broken and poorly maintained - these things cost me a lot of money to remedy. Do not use Bestick - they will not resolve issues in a customer friendly manner, nor do they genuinely care to understand or meet your needs. I paid them in full and wrote a note to the owner who never responded, they were fine with having an unhappy customer leave with unresolved issues.
