We probably have't maintained our chimney enough over the years. We called above and beyond when smoke started coming back into the house. They found a nest in our chimney! They cleaned it out and installed a very nice looking, custome chimney cap. The price was very reasonable and we are happy with the results.

This was a bid deal purchase. It was fine, they did a good job. Nothing was charged beyond the big deal price. They are professional and they are on time. They gave some extra information and answered all of my questions. I was pretty much a newbie, I didn't know much and they explained things to me and gave a good idea about everything. They are fine, no complaints.

It was okay. I was disappointed in the detail of the recommended work to be done. I wasn't really given too much reason for the recommended fixes which made the price seem high for the work. I wasn't sure if the work recommended was necessary for safety of my family in the house or if it was recommended work was so the chimney last longer.

"The smoke chamber repair listed on estimate is for repair inside the chimney therefore it is a repair that is needed to prevent a threat of fire and to keep your family safe. In regard to suggested chimney cap that is more preventive: Keeping rain out Keeping animals out As stated on my estimate that we are here for questions which prevents any misunderstanding. Todd and is assistant arrived on time on scheduled day. They placed rugs at entrance door and in front of fireplace. While conducting inspection of chimney, Todd recommended that I view the screen to see inside. This helped me better understand the interior. He pointed out that is was probably the best chimney he had seen and commented on the professional work that had been done when built Afterward, he mentioned a few things that might be needed. A couple of brick repairs and waterproofing.

Todd was prompt and responsive setting up a time, and once on the job everything went quickly and smoothly. He's a friendly guy and took the time to explain everything he was doing and looking for. He even made sure our floors, etc. were as clean as when he came in. As an added bonus he also cleaned our dryer vent.
