I recently had Michael upgrade my old furnace and AC to a modern hybrid system with a high-efficiency furnace and heat pump, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The new system is amazing: it cools using the heat pump and heats with both the heat pump and natural gas, which makes it incredibly efficient.
