Rick was a true professional, punctual, reliable, accessible, and did a great job! The floors are really old, and there was some water damage in the foyer, but he got rid of it all. I love coming home to these floors.

THEY CHARGED APPROX $3.50 PER SQUARE FOOT. THEY PUT 4 COATS ON THE HARDWOOD AND 3 ON THE SOFTWOOD. MY ONLY CRITICISM IS THAT HE LEFT A COUPLE WAVE SANDING MARKS IN THE FLOOR. HE TOOK OFFENCE TO MY POINTING IT OUT.
