Besim was very professional and punctional.  He placed slippers on his shoes which I always apreciate and proceeded to ask which rooms needed cleaning and together we removed items from carpeted area.  He was careful with the areas the hoses would touch.  Besim also gave me a resoanble estimate of other carpted areas that I need cleaned
