very efficient sales process and the installation went extremely well. The door operates as it should and I am very happy with the whole process.

Very Pleased. Barry and his team are really professional including Kristen at the office. She took many of my phone calls and was very knowledgeable and only too happy to patiently address my questions. They do what they say they are going to do, they always turn up on time and are very responsive. In addition through no fault of Northbridge Glass the door hardware that I initially chose did not match other fixtures in the bathroom. Northbridge Glass were very helpful and accommodative in sourcing hardware that did match. It is how a contractor handles the situation when they have to go above and beyond the just getting in and getting out that marks the professionals from the rest. I would have no hesitation in hiring Northbridge Glass again and referring them to others.
